FOOD FOR IBIZA
Project Social is proud to support FOOD for IBIZA who since 2014 have worked hard to help those who are less well off. They are a volunteer organisation who work with shops, restaurants, and hotels to distribute food and drink (no alcohol) to the poorer familes of this beautiful island. Private donations are gratefully accepted.

Opened by brother and sister team James and Kate Parfitt, along with their long time colleague Rodrigo da Silva, the collective come direct from celebrated London institutions such as Lost Society (Winner Best Bar Time Out) The Lost Angel (Best Bar Readers Choice Time Out) and Powder Keg Diplomacy. Project Social brings the best of American diner style food with a London twist to Ibiza, whilst utilising the finest of the island’s produce. We are continually striving to reduce our footprint with waste, single use, how we buy things in, where we buy them from, who we buy them from. Snacks include well loved favourites such as vegan breads and humus, corn fed jumbo campo chicken wings with choice of dressing, homemade chorizo scotch egg, cod croquettes and slow cooked eco pork ribs,
The salad menu is seasonal, portions are generous and produce is organic and locally sourced wherever possible and are all vegan
Burgers are king at Project Social. Buns stuffed with a classic ecologically sourced beef burger with cheese, pulled pork and slaw, grilled chicken, a cod burger a traditional double beef burger or a sturdy beef patty topped with molten Stilton and a slice of crispy bacon are among the most popular choices.
There are 5 vegetarian burgers on the menu with three available as sliders to share. We serve the Beyond Burger and a Jackfruit burger as well as homemade vegan patties. Most of the menu is gluten free and there are 100% spelt buns or avocado buns to complete the vegan experience.
Breakfast is served until 4pm and includes all the elements for a great start to the day. Organic, country eggs cooked any way, a mouth watering Full English (with a vegan version also available), pancakes, acai, smashed avocado and sides of local, homemade hash browns and anything else that takes your fancy.
Cocktails are a speciality with seasonal produce used to create old favourites and new combinations.
